Welcome to Boailoop. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Boailoop website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using Boailoop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

 

1. Overview of Service

Boailoop is an AI-powered platform that enables users to engage with simulated advisory personas to generate insights, perspectives, and structured discussions (“Loops”).

Boailoop is designed to support thinking, exploration, and decision-making—not to replace professional judgment or real-world advisors.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Boailoop.

By using the Service, you represent that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

 

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

Boailoop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use Boailoop to:

  • Submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the platform

  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as human professional advice without disclosure

  • Use the Service in any way that could harm Boailoop, its users, or third parties

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse.

 

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Boailoop provides AI-generated insights through simulated advisor personas.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence, not real individuals

  • Responses are for informational and exploratory purposes only

  • Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated

  • Boailoop does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other licensed professional advice

You are solely responsible for:

  • Evaluating the accuracy and relevance of outputs

  • Conducting independent verification

  • Making all decisions based on your own judgment

Use of Boailoop is at your own risk.

 

6. No High-Risk or Regulated Use

Boailoop is not intended for use in high-risk or regulated decision-making contexts.

You agree not to rely on the Service for:

  • Medical or healthcare decisions

  • Legal advice or legal determinations

  • Financial, investment, or tax decisions without professional validation

  • Safety-critical or life-impacting decisions

Boailoop disclaims all liability for use of the Service in such contexts.

 

7. No Professional Relationship

Your use of Boailoop does not create:

  • A fiduciary relationship

  • A licensed advisory relationship

  • Any partnership, agency, or representation

Boailoop is not a substitute for qualified professionals.

 

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, including:

  • Questions

  • Documents

  • Notes and annotations

By using Boailoop, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • Use, process, and analyze your content to provide the Service

  • Improve platform performance and functionality

You represent that:

  • You have all necessary rights to submit your content

  • Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

 

9. Data Usage and AI Learning

Boailoop may use user interactions and content to:

  • Improve system performance

  • Personalize outputs

  • Enhance advisor models and platform features

Where possible, data is used in aggregated or anonymized form.

We do not sell your data.

 

10. Enterprise Use and Data Processing

For business or enterprise users:

  • Additional terms, including Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), may apply

  • Boailoop may act as a data processor on behalf of the customer

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring lawful use of personal data within the platform

11. Payments and Subscriptions

If you purchase a paid plan:

  • You agree to provide accurate payment information

  • Fees are billed as described at purchase

  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

 

12. Beta Services Disclaimer

Boailoop may offer features that are in beta, testing, or pre-release form.

These features:

  • May be incomplete or contain errors

  • May change or be discontinued at any time

  • Are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind

Use of beta features is at your own risk.

 

13. Service Availability

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous or uninterrupted access

  • Error-free or fully accurate operation

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

 

14. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Boailoop—including:

  • Platform design

  • Advisor personas

  • Features and functionality

  • Branding and proprietary content

are owned by Boailoop or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

 

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Boailoop shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

  • Decisions made based on platform outputs

Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Boailoop in the prior 12 months.

 

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boailoop from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

  • Your content

  • Your violation of these Terms

 

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Your use presents risk to the platform or others

You may stop using the Service at any time.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island.
